Annawash provides car wash, vehicle detailing, ceramic coating, and related vehicle care services. Our services are available at our facility located at No 5, 395, Old Mahabalipuram Rd, Nehru Nagar, Okkiyam, Oggiyamduraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097, India. We serve customers across Tamil Nadu.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are starting rates and are subject to change. Final pricing is determined based on:

• Vehicle type and size (hatchback, sedan, SUV, bike, etc.)
• Current condition of the vehicle
• Specific service requirements
• Any additional requests or add-on services

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and common digital payment methods.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver quality service, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, age of the paint, and type of stains or damage present. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections. Ceramic coating provides a layer of protection but does not make the vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service.
• Inform us of any existing damage, modifications, or sensitive areas on your vehicle.
• Provide accurate contact information when booking a service.

6. Liability

Annawash takes reasonable care while handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during service.

7. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
